Formula One racing is all about the driver, the car, and who will be “the world’s fastest” when it comes to the Formula One World Championship. But what’s a driver without a support system to cheer them on during both their successes on the track, as well as their failures?
For many drivers, a wife or girlfriend is standing there in the pit, waiting for them to cross the finish line. From Kelly Piquet dating two F1 drivers to Ginger Spice finding love on the track, here are the WAGs of F1 racing.
Charlotte Siné Has Been With Charles Leclerc For One Year
Currently racing for Scuderia Ferrari, Charles Leclerc is a force to be reckoned with on the track. Making his Formula One debut in 2018, Leclerc has proven he is a true contender, driving towards his first two career wins in 2019. And the wins were not even two weeks apart!
But, it’s time to meet Leclerc’s long-time girlfriend and number-one fan, Charlotte Siné. A model and Instagram influencer, the two began dating in 2019 (maybe she saw his wins!). And for a side note of gossip: it’s rumored that Siné met Leclerc through his ex-girlfriend, her friend Giada Gianni.
Kelly Piquet Stands By Max Verstappen
As of the 2020 season, Max Verstappen holds the remarkable title of being the youngest driver to compete in a Formula One race. He was 17 years old at the time. When he was 18, he snagged the win at the 2016 Spanish Grand Prix, becoming the youngest driver to win the title.
All of Verstappen’s “firsts” were probably very attractive to model Kelly Piquet, considering she’s the daughter of F1 legend and three-time F1 World Champ Nelson Piquet. A beautiful model and social media influencer, this isn’t Piquet’s first F1 relationship! Here’s to hoping this one works out for her.
Isabel Hernaez Has Been Dating Carlos Sainz
As the son of a Double World Rally Champion and Antonio Sainz’s nephew, it’s no wonder Carlos Sainz found his way to the Formula One track. A driver for Scuderia Ferrari, in 2019, Sainz pulled off his first-ever F1 podium finish, earning third place at the Brazilian Grand Prix.
And while his now-girlfriend, Isabel Hernaez, wasn’t there to cheer him on, it was probably a silver-lining when she agreed to date him in 2021. While the two are very private about their lives, Essentially Sports learned that Hernaez was studying journalism before pursuing a modeling career.
Daniil Kvyat Dated Kelly Piquet From 2017-2020
Driving under the Russian flag, Daniil Kvyat was a Formula One racer from 2014–2017 and then again from 2019–2020. To date, he’s the most successful driver, earning three podium finishes during his time competing in the F1 circuit. Ironically, he was replaced by his ex-girlfriend, Kelly Piquet’s, new boyfriend Max Verstappen.
But let’s backtrack. Kvyat and Piquet were an item for some time, first getting together in 2016 and dating until 2019. That same year, the two had a beautiful baby girl together.
As Of 2021, Sara Pagliaroli Is Dating Lance Stroll
Lance Stroll is a Formula One driver who, as of 2021, races for Aston Martin. As the youngest driver to earn a podium finish during his rookie season at a Grand Prix, Lance is definitely a hot commodity. His success on the track might be one of the reasons he caught his current girlfriend’s eye.
As of 2021, Lance is dating Sara Pagliaroli, a model for Talents Models. There isn’t much about their relationship online. But, one thing’s for sure, Lance has one pretty girlfriend!
Marion Jolles Grosjean And Romain Grosjean Wed In 2012
He might not be driving for Formula One anymore, but Romain Grosjean spent nine years of his life racing for the sport on a wide variety of teams, landing on 10 podiums for his efforts. He is credited with the fastest lap in the 2012 Spanish Grand Prix and taking six podiums during his time with Lotus.
And who was there for it all? His wife, Marion Jolles Grosjean. Together since 2008 and married since 2012, Marion is a French television presenter and journalist. As of 2021, they have three children together.
Sebastian Vettel Married Hanna Prater In 2019
Formula One driver Sebastian Vettel has a lot to be proud of. First off, he’s a four-time World Drivers’ Champion, not to mention that, as of 2020, he’s the youngest driver to earn the title. Vettel also has the honor of calling himself the third-most-winning driver in F1, having 53 victories under his (seat)belt and 121 podium finishes.
And who was there for it all? His wife, Hanna Prater. According to Essentially Sports, the two were long-time childhood friends. That friendship eventually turned into something more. They moved in together in 2010 before deciding to tie the knot in 2019.
Elena Berri Is The Girlfriend Of Esteban Ocon
Currently driving for Alpine, Esteban Ocon made his Formula One debut during the 2016 Belgian Grand Prix, driving for Manor Racing. As of 2020, Ocon doesn’t have any wins or championships under his belt, but he did pull off a podium finish, getting second at the 2020 Sakhir Grand Prix.
One of his major support systems to get to that point was no doubt his girlfriend, Italian model, and social media influencer, Elena Berri. The two have been together since 2018, appearing on numerous red carpets together and Berri making her presence known at more than one Grand Prix.
Carola Martinez And Sergio Perez Are Married With A Child
Currently driving for Red Bull Racing, Sergio Perez won his first Grand Prix in 2020 at the Sakhir Grand Prix. It was a huge moment in Perez’s career, considering he’s been driving for F1 since the 2012 season, driving for Sauber. And while his now-wife wasn’t there at the beginning, she was definitely there for his 2020 victory!
Perez and Carola Martinez have been married since 2018, with the racer popping the question just one year before. Remarkably, their union was blessed by Pope Francis! As of 2021, the happy couple has two beautiful children, a son, and a daughter.

A reserve driver for Red Bull Racing after the 2020 season, Alex Albon has a bit to prove in the coming years. The thing is, he’s still very new to the sport, having had his rookie season in 2019. Ironically, that same year, his current girlfriend, Lily Muni, was having her rookie year as a professional golfer.

Louise Gjørup Magnussen And Kevin Magnussen Wed In 2019
Son of GM factory driver, four-time Le Mans GT class winner, and F1 driver Jan Magnussen, it was only a matter of time before Kevin Magnussen found his way onto the track, competing for F1. Debuting with McLaren at the 2014 Formula One World Championship, Magnussen has since moved on from F1 in favor of the 2021 WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
The good news is his wife, Louise Gjørup Magnussen, is very supportive. Engaged in 2018 and married in 2019, not much is known publicly about Louise, aside from her being there to cheer on her husband no matter what he’s racing for.
Nicholas Latifi Is Dating Model Sandra Dziwiszek
Very new to the exclusive Formula One circuit, Nicholas Latifi made his F1 debut at the 2020 Austrian Grand Prix. He didn’t make it to the podium, placing 11th. Still, it was his first race, and he didn’t come in last. But something else that’s new to Latifi’s life is his girlfriend, Sandra Dziwiszek.
In a relationship since June 2020, not much is known about Dziwiszek. But if her Instagram proves anything, it’s that she’s most definitely a model. According to her Instagram bio, she works for both the London agency Bookings Models and the Milan-based agency Pop Models Milano.

Finally breaking away from a reserve and test driver, Antonio Giovinazzi made his Formula One racing debut in 2019, driving for Alfa Romeo under the Italian flag. Unfortunately, for eight straight races, the rookie wasn’t able to score one point. The lack of finishes didn’t stop Alfa Romeo from signing him on for the next two seasons.
While his F1 career is set, the same can’t be said about his dating life. On in 2018, off in 2019, and back together in 2020, a lot is going on with Giovinazzi and his girlfriend, Antonella Maraglino. Hopefully, they can work it out.

2007 Formula One World Championship driver Kimi Räikkönen has had quite a successful career driving for F1. With 21 wins, 46 fastest laps, and 18 pole positions, it’s no wonder Alfa Romeo decided to sign him on for the 2021 season. But what’s a successful career without someone to share it with?
Insert Räikkönen’s better half, Minttu. The “Iceman” popped the question to the fitness model in 2015, and the couple had a tiny, intimate ceremony the following year. Now, they have two children together and post the cutest family photos on their social media pages.

Two-time Formula One World Drivers’ Champion Fernando Alonso is set to race for the Apline F1 Team in 2021 and 2022 (formally Renault). While he has 32 wins and 97 podiums under his belt, it’s taken some time for the driver to find his place in the dating world.

Pierre Gasly made his Formula One debut at the 2017 Malaysian Grand Prix, driving for Toro Rosso. He didn’t win. It took a few years, but in 2020 Gasly finally snagged his first F1 win, claiming victory at the 2020 Italian Grand Prix while driving for AlphaTauri.
Unfortunately, the beautiful aerospace engineer Cate Masetti Zannini was not by his side for the win. The two had been together since 2018 but decided to go their separate ways after two years of dating.
